HUDA Application Form
|HUDA Application Form can be had from the office of the estate officer or from the headquarters office at Panchkula. Usually HUDA designates some leading national and regional banks to sell the forms related to a particular plot scheme. The forms are thus made available through some selected branches of the banks designated. The list of these branches is made available along with the advertisement of the scheme. The easiest way is to open the official website of Haryana Urban Development Authority and download the printable form in a just a few seconds. The price of the form is Rs. 100/- if you buy it from the counter or Rs. 150/- if you get it mailed through a registered post from the HUDA headquarters in Panchkula.
The application forms under a plot scheme must be submitted within the period as mentioned in the advertisement notice. Applicants are also required to deposit the booking amount at the time of application. This amount, known as earnest money, varies according to the category of plot as the rate per square meter and the size of the property are not the same in all cases. Though it is possible to download a form online but to submit the same you must visit the nearest bank branch authorized to accept it. Axis Bank, State Bank of India, HDFC Bank, Haryana Gramin Bank and Union Bank of India are some of the banks that are likely to sell HUDA forms under a new residential plot scheme in Haryana.
HUDA has launched a number of plot schemes in the last two years. In 2010, applications were invited for the allotment of freehold residential plots in Bahadurgarh, Pataudi, Rewari, Kaithal and Jhajjar under different schemes.
