|HUDA has published the draw result for its Bahadurgarh residential plot scheme 2010. The draw was conducted outside the Urban Estate office on October 21, 2010. Under the scheme a total of 592 plots lying in Sector 11 will be allotted to the winners of the draw lot on freehold basis. One can check the result online at the official website of Haryana Urban Development Authority by providing their respective registration number.

The applicants who have not made it to the list of successful allottees can claim their registration money back through their respective bank branches. In general, the refund is made available within few weeks from the publication of draw result. However, sometimes the process may get delayed under some unavoidable circumstances. In such a situation you are advised to visit the HUDA Bahadurgarh office or your bank and meet the concerned officials.
Booking under the new plot scheme at Sector 11, Bahadurgarh had commenced from March 5, 2010. Beginning from this date, the application forms could be submitted on any day till May 4, 2010. More than 90,000 people applied under the scheme to get registered for the draw of lots. The plots on offer vary in size and price according to certain categories, which include 1 Kanal, 14 Marla, 10 Marla, 8 Marla, 6 Marla and 4 Marla. Here are details of the scheme:

The Earnest Money is the 10 percent of the cost of the plot being applied for. If successful in the draw lot, HUDA will issue a letter asking you to pay 15 percent of the cost of the plot. The balance amount can be paid in full or in installments. If you choose the first option, you will not have to pay any interest charges but the payment must be done within two months from the issuance of the letter. The installment option gives you the flexibility to make payment over a period of six years at the cost of 9 percent interest rate to be charged annually.

Situated close to the business hub Gurgaon and the National Capital Delhi, it is regarded as an ideal place to develop residential infrastructure.
